Glee shuffles New England concerts for Bruins

Due to the Boston Bruins advancing to the 2011 Stanley Cup Finals, organizers for the “Glee Live! In Concert!” tour have rearranged their upcoming New England shows to accommodate the Bruins home game schedule.

Glee’s performance at the TD Garden in Boston, originally scheduled for Monday, June 6 is now scheduled for Tuesday, June 7. Meanwhile, the show at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, originally scheduled for Tuesday, June 7 will now take place on Monday, June 6.

Tickets will be valid at the same venue for the alternate date. At the chance fans cannot attend the concert on the new dates, a refund of the ticket purchase is possible via the point of purchase prior to June 6.

At the shows, cast members Lea Michele (Rachel), Cory Monteith (Finn), Amber Riley (Mercedes), Chris Colfer (Kurt), Kevin McHale (Artie), Jenna Ushkowitz (Tina), Mark Salling (Puck), Dianna Agron (Quinn), Naya Rivera (Santana), Heather Morris (Brittany), Harry Shum, Jr. (Mike), Chord Overstreet (Sam) and Darren Criss (Blaine) will perform in an all-new singing and dancing celebration of the Emmy and Golden Globe Award-winning Fox TV show. The concert will include live performances of some of the show’s most memorable musical numbers from seasons one and two, including “Empire State of Mind”, “Toxic”, “My Life Would Suck Without You”, “It’s My Life”, and of course, the show’s anthem, “Don’t Stop Believin’”.
